A report on what God has done in 16 days in Poland. This is Keir’s 13th trip to Poland, and Callie has been on many with him. Here is an account of what the Lord has done in the Poland 2014 trip Four of us: Mark Ellwood (a Pastor from the Bridge Church in Pickering Canada, Wojtek Kukulski (who pastors a church in Kraków – New Covenant Church) Callie and Keir. Wojtek was with us for some of the journey and three of us continued the rest. We ministered into 15 different churches; in some we were there two nights. POLAND TOUR 2014 – part (Mark Ellwood) I Landed in Warsaw (Thurs 13th), after an uneventful flight with even less sleep, ran for my life to catch the connecting flight from Warsaw to Krakow, Keir and Callie were waiting and by surprise we caught the same flight to Krakow. Met Wojtek and his family, He and his wife Kirsten lead the church in Krakow : New Covenant Church Krakow We were also joined by a young guy Tim Kleinleugenmorsfrom Holland who wanted to hang out with us for the weekend and see what Translocal and Evangelism is all about (this is what I call commitment), after him getting a prophetic word from Gill Patterson (NCMI team Bryanston Church). Friday 14th we all jumped in the car and travelled to the town of Cieszyn, to a small church abut 50 people. My introduction to Polish worship, we had a great time Keir preached and had words of knowledge for the church, to which people responded, also called for certain healings. We prayed and people were healed, one gent said he felt a shock run through his body when I prayed and said the pain had gone and his hearing had improved. Through the words of Knowledge there was a number of deliverance’s and healing to peoples souls from depression, fears and heartaches. Afterwards I had a prophetic word for the Pastor and His wife Edwin and Kaisa Guznar. Gods people were touched, healed, delivered and encouraged; Jesus was honoured and exalted. We jumped back in the car and headed back to Krakow ( 2hrs) and flopped into bed at midnight. Sat 15th we had a slow and lazy morning back in Krakow, meeting and lunch with Wojtek’s Church, huddled in the lounge together 20 eager saints. Keir and I did back to back preaches, with a tea break. Sharing on the body of Christ as family Inspiring others to seek Jesus, be a witness, and love people into the Kingdom. Keir shared on the heart of Praying for the sick. People were encouraged and enthusiastic. Callie Reports: Sunday in the church in Krakow was excellent. Keir ministered a word from Luke 7:11 about death leaving a city and life coming in with Jesus. It was a spot on Word for the people here as the church is close to the “gate” of the city. There were quite a few words of knowledge and people responded with tears and joy. New folk were spoken to through the Word and decided to make this church their home. Callie Reports: Sunday in the church in Krakow was excellent. Keir ministered a word from Luke 7:11 about death leaving a city and life coming in with Jesus. It was a spot on Word for the people here as the church is close to the “gate” of the city. There were quite a few words of knowledge and people responded with tears and joy. New folk were spoken to through the Word and decided to make this church their home. On Tuesday we travelled to Tarnov to minister in a church near the railway station . This church welcomed us in and we had total freedom to bring the Words of life. Keir spoke on John 4.46 and Luke 17:11. People left healed and full of faith . One man had a broken right arm and a very swollen hand – he could not close his fist, it was red and blue to look at and right before our eyes God took down the swelling and restored it. He was totally healed. He was so excited he went round shaking everyone’s hand…something he could not even think of doing. Many were healed in knees backs etc. Yesterday we returned to the same church to many testimonies of what was impossible for man to fix God had done it. The church was packed and people were so eager to hear and be healed and they were. A little boy totally healed of deafness and his mother of terribly painful ankles. Our God is so so good and loves His Polish people.
2nd REPORT: …….here we are in a small village Wolka Tanewska, but with a HUGE BIG ENORMOUS GOD who confirms His Word with signs following. Four, not three church groups and their Pastors, had gathered together for the evening. We arrived about 2.30 to a spread of Polish food and a huge welcome. Keir and I have been several times to this village and the people were so expectant. When we went over to the church the place was packed ….people had come from as far as 75 km’s away. We remembered that in 2013, the pastor had read from Acts 10:33 “so I sent for you at once and you have been kind enough to come. Now therefore we are all here in the presence of God to hear all that you have been commanded by the Lord”. At the time it brought tears to our eyes and such a love for the church. It was just like that. Keir ministered on the woman with the alabaster jar Luke 7:36; how she will always be mentioned with the gospel message, because of her passion. Matt 26:13. There were about 6 salvations. In the second session he ministered on the woman with issue of blood ….. the touch of faith … and many people came up for healing and the presence of God was there to heal. Every single person got healed. One was an old babushka (Granny) who had fire in her chest and could not breathe freely, and God healed her she was so happy that she could not stop kissing Callie. A woman with terrible excruciating pain in her thumbs and wrists, came up and literally could not lift her thumbs away from her index finger. A very unusual thing to see. Then the healing power of God touched her, she could not believe she could move her hands again and tears sprung to her eyes as she kept on repeating, “Thank you Jesus”. One person with extremely painful knees who was hobbling, said it had been months since she had been able to walk she ran back to her seat. A lady got delivered and baptized in the Holy Spirit and so it went on and on. Each one got what they came for. The pastor was so delighted and could not stop smiling. The four of us traveling together were humbled and rejoiced how God loves his people and seeing their faith He healed every one of them about 20 in all. We go on to another village where they are wanting evangelism. … We are full of faith and are expecting great things that only God can do. Wolka Tanewska will be visited again in 2015
3rd REPORT: We travelled From the village of Woka Tanewska to a small town called Starachowice where they had organized an evangelical outreach held in a hall …. people got saved but one interesting thing was a man who was about 70 years old came up and turned towards the people and said in a loud voice “now I know what it means to have salvation and I have had the courage to come up and ask for salvation” the people rejoiced. Saturday we went to the city of Swidnik where we had been before, the church had moved to a much better venue and had doubled in size. Last year we were with them in the old venue and to be with them a year later was fantastic. The people were expectant to receive . Mark preached on a culture of invitation and they said afterwards that it was just what the church needed to hear. Keir preached and then got this New Testament church to become the priesthood of all believers. They came up and laid hands on the sick and the interpreter Jurek’s daughter cried as a ladies knee was healed under her hand. God confirmed His word through many. It was a wonderful to see the church in action and the leaders, Kuba, Marcin, and Poitr, were all delighted with how the church was mobilized. That night we went to Lublin to a very small church in a pastors home. In the morning preaching to the church we called for salvations and about 12 people came up to the front acknowledging that they needed to confess Jesus as Lord and Savour …. there were many tears and grateful hearts and we prayed for healing as well. I constantly am amazed as I look at the smallness of the churches and yet God does massive things with his people. We travelled late at night for about one and a half hours to Radzyn Podlansky, a small town we ministered that night to The New Jerusalem Church. By this stage we were extremely tired but in our weakness God became our strength. People came for healing and a small boy who was crippled and on crutches put aside his crutches and walked ….. he actually ran up and down the church …. what a joy. Two people with deafness in their ears were healed. It is so humbling to see them beaming with joy and then shake our hands enthusiastically or give us hugs. We stayed two nights in a boys hostel which was very run down and basic. Keir said it reminded him of a army barracks – real basic. Last night we went to a town Pulawy, about and hour and a half away. The church had set up an outreach, and even advertised the event on the city website. We were amazed that from the outreach 11 people gave their hearts to Jesus; two were from that church but 9 were outsiders. This brought tears to Keir’s eyes at the goodness of God . The pastor was so grateful as he told us that when they have outreaches maybe one or two get saved – so for this time it was massive for him. As we had dinner with his family the Pastor ate in silence as he was so so grateful for what God had done. How so special it is to link arms with other men and women in nations and even though it is for 4 hours with a – visit – a preach – a dinner, and then hugs and handshakes and you may never see them again – BUT 11 people are saved.
4th REPORT:Wow our God is faithful. In Bialej Podlaskiej @ the church: Kosciol, Zbawienie W Jezusie, was packed to over flowing. In this town so close to Belaruis (where Keir had crossed to border for Minsk in 2009) the pastor welcomed us with open arms. He said, that he had prayed and that he believed that we were the right ones to come into the church. He had watched our website. Well when we heard this we were amazed, scared and excited. On the first night Keir spoke on faith, and worked the ‘word of knowledge’ and healings followed. The next day had been set up the pastor for us to give 20 mins to those who had put their names down on a roster. Their requests ranged from deliverance to more of God, the Holy Spirit and so on. One couple had driven from 500kms away. We met with desperate people from 10am until 2pm. The gifts of the Spirit flowed among us and lives were changed. This amazed us: A pastor whom we have never met before, gave us absolute access to his church by allowing and trusting us to counsel, minister, talk to his “sheep” – because The Lord said, ‘have them in’. The last night they were so expectant and had prayed for revival to come. Keir ministered on the Holy Spirit and how the presence of God filled the temple, 2 Chron 7:1 and how our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit in 1 Cor 19 and Acts 2. The presence of God fell and people fell to the ground weeping and speaking in tongues. A young man who was full of anger and rejection and had given his life to the Lord came to us and said his life has changed radically in about 7 hrs. He stood worshipping God with his hands lifted to heaven. Again the couple who had travelled 500 kilometres just to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and hungered after God, was talking in tongues and rejoicing and the power of God was upon them in great weigh . Our great great God. The leaders said “we have been asking God for this and He has fulfilled our expectations. When will you be back?” So now Mark parts ways from us. A great friend and partner leaves for his expectant church. Wojtek and Kirsten, join him for a week as,Heights City Church host a Leadership Equipping. We travel to Cork Ireland, to see what God wants to do there.
Then on to Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Blair Gowrie, Dundee, St Neotts, and Finally Belfast them home in Pretoria, South Africa.
